Both the pressing process and other process steps produce vapors or dust fractions that are emitted into the air. Sometimes the press cake must be cooled and dehumidified for microbiologically safe storage or prior to further processing. These vapors and dust fractions are collected and discharged in a controlled manner through the aspiration.
The vapors contain aerosols, which block and paralyze aspiration in a classic design over time. A defect of this part of the plant and a product outside the specification is usually the result.
We rely on the effective venturi principle with our aspiration and have designed it in hygienic design, so that a permanently safe function and a maintenance-free operation can be guaranteed.
