All our systems and machines are designed for industrial use and continuous operation. We manufacture our systems in Germany under our own direction and control and to high quality standards. For key components such as gears, bearings and motors, we rely on renowned international manufacturers.
The core components of our systems as well as the wear parts are mainly made of low-wear stainless steel or hardened tool steel (no abrasive “miracle coatings” and the like).
Depending on the type of seed and the quality of the seed cleaning (proportion of foreign matter in the seed), our wearing parts achieve service lives of several years with continuous production.
We have spare parts for most auger configurations and system components in stock and can dispatch them quickly if necessary. However, to ensure smooth operation and avoid unplanned downtimes, we recommend changing the wearing parts (mainly sieve bars and the auger set) once a year and stocking a set of wearing parts yourself.
